Not what I was hoping for…
First, to address a question-I usually get up between 4:30 and 5:15 am on workout days. So as to be home in time for the husband to get to work.
Then I sit on my bed- hardly moving- for an hour :).
Which is what I did today. Woke up at 4:40.BodyPump class at 5:30. Ran a whole MILE on the treadmill.
(Spin class this evening!)
It felt great to be running and the running wasn’t hard.
Still- it wasn’t good.
I tried to go slow.It felt slow.BUT… My hip/femur started hurting (not a lot) about 3/4 of the way through. The husband says I didn’t go slow enough. Grrr.
It doesn’t really hurt NOW– so part of me thinks maybe it is all in my head. Maybe I’m just paranoid.I hope, I hope.
It’s only like- 50 days until the St. George Marathon. I don’t know if I’m going to be able to do it. That makes me sad.
Big picture, big picture. Remember the big picture.
