Well, apparently I can’t do that.
So I decided to try running again. At the gym- on the treadmill.
I ran one mile and felt really good.I ran another one. It felt good, too. Then I had to stop to get to spin class.
The injury didn’t hurt, didn’t hurt after – still doesn’t hurt. I don’t know why I do this to myself.It makes me want to believe everything is okay now. Maybe things are on the mend… but it doesn’t mean I should go out and run, run, run, right? Slow and steady? I don’t like slow and steady.
Whatever. It gives me hope.
The Hobble Creek Half is on Saturday. Hmmm.
