After 4 days off, I feel GOOD!
The coughing and congestion has subsided and I am a runner again.(because obviously taking 4 days off took my “runner” title away)
It felt great and I’m ready to get back on track.I really do miss running when I don’t run.
Now I have a question– because I always do.
I have the Dam 2 Dam 10 mile race this weekend.My tempo run this week is 7 miles- 5 @ 7:53.My long run is 17 miles.
Should I use the 10 miler on Saturday as my tempo run? Should I run 7 miles after the race for my long run?Should I just run the race and do my other training runs separate?
What would you do??
