This has been a week, we’ll just say that. Things got busy and I let anything and everythingget in the way of running. Not ALL running.I did run.
I just didn’t do any of the stuff on my training plan.
So, there it is.
I ran this week.
Normal running sort of stuff.
We’ll leave it at that.
I am working on my motivation.
If I want a faster marathon time, I have to run faster.
Do I really want to be faster?
Yes, I do.
